Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time 5 to 12 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time 3-5 business days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

rjnmore.com LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

rjnmore.com LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping Policy

We currently do ship outside USA. If you are located outside USA, please contact us at support@rjnmore.com to inquire about shipping to your location.
