We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible physical items. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Digital Products & Subscription Services (Strict No Refund Policy Once Accessed)

All digital products and subscription services are non-refundable once accessed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Movies or video content
  • Recipes
  • Online courses
  • Downloadable materials
  • Members-only content
  • Digital vault access
  • Paid memberships and subscription services

If any digital product or subscription content has been accessed, downloaded, viewed, streamed, or used in any way, no refund will be issued.

Subscription & Recurring Billing Policy

Meta / Facebook Subscription & Digital Services Compliance

If you purchase a subscription or digital service through Meta platforms (including Facebook or Instagram), the following applies:

  • Subscriptions purchased via Meta may be subject to Meta’s payment processing policies.
  • Refund requests for Meta-processed payments may need to be submitted directly through the Meta platform where the purchase was made.
  • Access to digital content may be revoked upon cancellation of a subscription.
  • We comply with Meta’s Commerce Policies and Subscription Terms regarding digital goods and recurring services.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, initiate a return (if eligible). Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return eligible physical goods within 14 days without providing a reason.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This cooling-off period does not apply to digital products once access has been granted.

Refund Processing (Physical Products Only)

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing occurs within 10 business days
  • Additional bank processing time may apply
