- Garlic seasoning
- Blue Cap Goya Seasoning
- Butter
- Grits

Instructions:
- Prepare the Grits:
- Cook the grits according to the package instructions. Usually, this involves bringing water to a boil, slowly stirring in the grits, and cooking on low heat until thickened. Stir in butter and season to taste.
- Cook the Fish:
- Season your choice of fish (salmon or tilapia) with grill seasoning and Blue Cap Goya seasoning.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Sauté the fish until fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes per side for salmon and 3-4 minutes per side for tilapia, depending on thickness. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Sauté the Vegetables:
- In the same skillet, add more butter if necessary.
